When uploading a scheme in a zip, I will often include the place holder thumbnail and indicate the destination, but this sometimes gets ignored as I am never positive if it should match the 'Model Name' or the 'Original Texture filename' (the part before the '#' character.) I agree that it's nice to have a scheme to choose from, rather than a whole separate Model, for the livery.
